Baking

Here in Finland we have a meaty pattie, snack called 'lihapiirakka'. Until recently me and my husband had no idea how to make them ourselves, we had to buy them from the shop. A food magazine called Maku had a recipe and we tried. AND OH BOY did the family tuck in. I'm a vegetarian and there has been no veggie option of these in the shops, ever, so the second time we made our own veggie variety. And nommy nom! Tasty!
