I made a wallet!! And a dress today!!

I have been wanting to make wallet for myself for some time. Today finally I had time and felt brave enough. Main two ideas came from SewDemented and their Sew together bag and the other from Disaster Design's Britannia wallet. And this is what happened with my sewinf machine and some fabric...

This is the pile of fabric and other bits and pieces that I started with. Some fabrics are brand new, bought from shop and some finds from day care's flea market.

Naturally some tea is needed in a big Angry Birds mug. And the desk tidy made with Love Patchwork & Quilting pattern. Where would I be without it!

 Better than thought for first attempt. Now I know where to make changes to make it better. Maybe tomorrow or perhaps not... Tomorrow is Mothers' Day!

 Youngest daughter wanted a Frozen esque dress. This is what I amde without any pattern whotsoever. She says it is 'SOOO pretty!'
